At Dogwood General Contracting, we have an opportunity for a sales person to earn commissions on selling and managing Construction Projects. You do not need construction experience or sales experience but some experience with either is preferred. When paid a salary, the business owner makes a huge percentage of the money a company brings in, we pay commission on the profit of each job so that you make a huge share compared to a salary or hourly job. This type of job requires someone who is very hungry and wants to launch their financial status to the next level. You will be paid during training for any leads you generate while you are learning. Valid US Drivers License and vehicle is not required but we will pay more if you have your own vehicle. You will be paired with a sales trainer who also started with no experience and can show you the ropes. In addition to commission, we pay bonuses based on performance. You will be started on a paid per lead basis until fully trained and transitioned into commission. Our office is located in Arnold but you can be located anywhere in Anne Arundel County.
