Prestige Services, LLC provides residential and commercial construction services in Anne Arundel County and surrounding areas. We specialize in interior and exterior remodeling. Our core business includes kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, painting, additions, decks, siding, windows, and roofing.
Prestige Services is seeking a Project Manager experienced in residential and commercial construction projects who will plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects. Project Management experience is preferred with a strong knowledge of construction procedures and code compliance. Computer proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook is essential along with organizational, communication and social skills.
Duties include:
Develops, maintains and enforces project budgets and schedules
Assigns work crews and subcontractors to construction sites
Inspects and reviews projects to ensure compliance with building and safety codes
Explains projects, plans, and scopes of work to crews and subcontractors
Studies job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods
Maintains and builds strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, clients and team members
Works effectively with homeowners to address/resolve any and all homeowner questions and/or concerns regarding the projects
Oversees entire project from start to finish
Critical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills.
Effective verbal and written communications skills
Ability to effectively handle several projects simultaneously.
Ability to effectively manage, mentor, coach and motivate personnel
Ability to enter areas not designed for human habitation i.e., crawl spaces, attics, storage areas, etc., to inspect damage and monitor restoration progress.
Ability to lift, move and carry up to 75 lbs.
Experience Required:
Minimum of five years of industry-related experience; including minimum of 2 years in Project Management experience managing projects and personnel.
Requirements:
· Valid driver’s license
· Clean driving record
· Clean background – no criminal violations
Details:
Pay: $25-$29 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with occasional Saturdays
Overtime pay is available
