Annapolis Property Services specializes in long-term residential property management and is the leading management company in the Annapolis area with over 600 properties under management.
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to handle repairs, property turnaround work, tenant maintenance requests, and property inspections.
Based in Annapolis and the surrounding area
MAINTENANCE
Troubleshoot repairs
Perform general home repairs and routine scheduled maintenance at rental properties including:
o Small drywall, painting, patching, caulking and light carpentry repairs
o Minor plumbing repairs (leaks, toilets, garbage disposals)
o Minor electrical repairs (switches, outlets, light fixtures, ceiling fans)
o Rental property turnaround punch lists, including some hauling
o Fence and deck repairs
o Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls (for additional pay)
INSPECTIONS
o Perform onsite property inspections as needed
TOOLS & TRANSPORTATION REQUIREMENT
o Must have reliable transportation and your own tools. The company has some tools available for you to use.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
o High School Degree
o No criminal records
o Must have a valid driver's license in good standing
o Comfortable with basic computer software and smartphone apps
o Must be able to work efficiently at onsite job locations with minimal supervision.
PAY
o $35 - $40 per hour, depending on experience.
o Potential to earn more in the form of overtime and emergency response pay.
o Must be available for at least 20 hours per week.
o Minimum 20 hours per week pay guaranteed.
