- Ensure all work meets building codes, company standards, and warranty terms.
- Communicate with home owners to understand issues, set expectations, and explain warranty procedures.
- Provide timely updates to customers on the status of service requests and repair timelines.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and parts replaced through the company's services team.
- Work with Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Vendors to order materials needed for warranty work.
- Coordinate schedules with customers to complete service requests promptly and meeting warranty deadlines.
