Sterling Martin Associates (SMA), a prominent executive recruiting firm with locations in Washington, DC, Annapolis, MD, New York, Chicago, and Orange County, CA, is currently seeking a part-time, Director of Client Communication Services. This key role involves writing, editing, reviewing, and refining crucial documents and reports integral to our executive search engagements. A high level of proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Experience using AI tools a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Preparation: Craft, review, and edit essential documents used in the executive search process, ensuring accuracy and professionalism, often with tight deadlines
Client Communication: Handle direct correspondence with clients, maintaining SMA's high standards of client service.
Report Management: Oversee the creation and refinement of mission-critical reports that support strategic decision-making during executive searches.
Quality Control: Ensure all communications and documents meet SMA's quality standards before client delivery.
This position is virtually based, with a preference for candidates located in the Annapolis, MD or greater Washington, DC area to enable occasional in-person meetings. We seek an individual with a high level of initiative, excellent collaborative skills, and strong organizational abilities. This position requires a professional who can operate independently while contributing to a team's success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
