Peraton is seeking a Staff Splunk Certified Administrator to join our team. The position will be located in Annapolis Junction, MD. - Working with stakeholders to translate mission knowledge into technical requirements for product development. - Create technical requirements to identify, gather, and integrate disparate sources into a complete operational picture. - Decompose, alloc ate, and prioritize technical requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in System Engineering or similar degree and fourteen years of relevant experience or a high school diploma and eighteen years of relevant experience
  • Must have fourteen (14)+ years of systems engineering experience
  • Must be a Certified Splunk Admininistrator
  • Must have experience with AWS Lambda, Route 53 (DNS), CloudFront, S3 Buckets, WAF (Firewall), and Cognito Authentication
  • Active TS/SCI with poly clearance


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with commercial AWS accreditation
  • Experience with Linux
  • Experience with Ansible or SALT
  • Working with stakeholders to translate mission knowledge into technical requirements for product development.
  • Create technical requirements to identify, gather, and integrate disparate sources into a complete operational picture.
  • Decompose, allocate, and prioritize technical requirements.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration.
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence Suite
  • Domain knowledge of Mission Management data is a plus
  • Agile/Scrum methodology
