DescriptionLeidos is hiring SIGDEV Analysts in the Ft. We provide exceptional service to our customer in an area in which we have deep incumbent knowledge.Job SummaryThe SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) Analyst provides analytic support to optimize and develop assigned customer accesses. Conduct research and analysis of collection and collateral data to develop targets of interests and develop analytic strategies. Identify target communications within the global network. The technology focus will be data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advanced technologies over IP.Required Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

5+ years experience in and demonstrated knowledge in SIGINT development analytic support.

Within the last 7 years, at least 4 years experience with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.

Required Skills:

Critical thinking and reasoning to make analytic determinations.

Knowledge of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors.

Experience in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.

Experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development.

Ability to develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information.

Familiarization with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and ability to demonstrate the incorporation of independent research to enhance target development.

Ability to identify target communications within the global network. Independently perform and provide guidance to contractor personnel involved with SIGINT development.

Ability to provide SIGDEV support for the purposes of optimizing and developing accesses.

Assess and monitor customer end user experiences using 1E to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance. Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to integrate 1E with existing Splunk and SCCM environments, leveraging synergies to maximize operational efficiency. Develop and implement strategies for continual service improvement and security enhancement initiatives. Utilize analytical tools and metrics to measure and report on end user experience, performance, and compliance metrics. Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to 1E, Splunk, and SCCM environments. Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate end users and IT teams on using 1E effectively. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in end user experience management and IT operations. Leverage Splunk and SCCM tools where 1E cannot perform to support complete tools cohesion. Utilize Splunk and SCCM tools in areas where 1E is not applicable to ensure comprehensive tool integration. Continuously assess end user performance through thorough analysis to identify reasons for underperformance, collaborating with service owners to develop improvement strategies and plans.
