Commercial Construction Company, in Columbia, MD is looking for a new member for our Accounting Team, as an Accounting Clerk to the Controller.
Accurately input daily accounts payables into our accounting software (Sage experience a PLUS), distribute to project managers for cost coding, updating upon return, organizing and filing unpaid and paid invoices and monthly vendor and credit card reconciliations. The ability to prioritize and manage your time is a must. Regular use of email, Outlook, scanning and electronic filing will be a part of your day.
Office hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Mon – Fri, w/ a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
