An Automobile Repair shop in Laurel, MD area is currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist with working experience in QuickBooks Desktop to join our team. The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of accurately inputting and managing financial data.
Responsibilities:
Enter and manage data in QuickBooks Desktop
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
Organize receipts, invoices, and supporting documents
Assist with financial reporting as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience with QuickBooks Desktop (not Online)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic accounting knowledge preferred
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Schedule and pay: Flexible hours; pay based on experience.
