Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Assistant Project Management role in Real Estate at SkyLake Properties. Expect to be involved in Real Estate investments focused on both property management and property acquisition and sales, and Real Estate finance activities. Majority of the position will be site-based in office and property sites; incremental option for hybrid role to work from 1-2d a week as responsibilities solidify.
Assistant Project Manager is expected to work across all functions of the company. Candidates to become specialize into functions as strengths and directions are recognized.
Promotion opportunities are possible for successful candidates to become Real Estate Professionals or be part of the Partnership Track with the Investment Firm.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams; capable in engagements with vendors and clients
Driven and organized to engage the end-to-end details of Real Estate Investing ranging from acquisitions, to renovation, to management. and to stabilization.
Good to Haves:
Certifications or degrees in relevant subjects
Interest in property or mechanical systems.
The ideal candidate is actively interested in hands on learning; comfortable with the engaging with tenants, contractors, and company team on a day to day basis.
Entry level candidates are considered if have the right intangibles to succeed in this role.
