The Senior Operations Manager supports the mission of of not-for-profit firm serving greater Maryland by managing the Dispute Resolution and Trade Practices department to provide formal and informal dispute resolution services. This ensure compliance with our organization's operations policies, procedures, and metrics specifically related to: complaint processing, complaint resolution, alternative dispute resolution, advertising review, licensing verification, trademark infringements, investigations related to harmful business practices and government actions. The senior operations manager should value collaborative processes and promoting and environment of excellence. Direct supervisory experience is a must. Preference given to those with conflict resolution training.
