Well established healthcare system seeks several energetic Bilingual Customer Service Reps. This person will: answer a high volume of Spanish and English inbound calls and emails, analyze and problem solve inquires and issues all while providing WORLD CLASS customer service.

Full time schedule – 40 hours per week, rotating schedule: Monday through Friday 10:30am-7:00pm and Saturday 9am-1pm $18-18.50/hr depending on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES of the Bilingual Customer Service Rep:

Ability to ffluently communication in SPANISH

Answering high volume of inbound calls and emails

High volume of data entry into computer system

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS of the Bilingual Customer Service Rep:

Must have GREAT customer service skills

Must be able to type - 30 WPM

Excellent organizational and proven verbal and written communication skills

Thrive in a fast paced environment

Call center preferred

MUST be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
