Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries.
Willing to learn our product line.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
High school diploma or College preferred.
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office.
Experience working with customer support preferred.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Annual Starting Salary $32,000
