We are seeking dedicated Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team in supporting the Department of Parks and Recreation. This vital role primarily involves handling inbound calls to assist customers with camping and park visit reservations across all State Recreational Parks. The representative will provide comprehensive information regarding park amenities, facilitating an exceptional service experience.

Responsibilities:

- Efficiently process inbound calls for camping reservations across State Recreational Parks.

- Deliver detailed information on park amenities to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Facilitate the booking of school field trips to historic sites, including logistical coordination and provision of educational materials as required.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all sites, tours, and services offered to provide accurate information to customers.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless service experience for all customers.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center environment.

- Strong communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional service.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

- Team-oriented with a positive attitude towards collaboration.

- Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of our customers and services.

- Must feel comfortable speaking and writing in Spanish.

Pay: $17/hr

Shift: Mon-Fri 11am – 8pm, Mon-Fri 12pm – 9pm, or Sat-Tues 11am – 9pm
