The Opportunity:

We are seeking passionate, energetic, and dedicated Preschool Teachers to join our esteemed early childhood education teams across Maryland. Your Role:
- Implement and follow through with a curriculum that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Record children's developmental milestones on company’s proprietary app, and communicate with staff about progressions and regressions, and recommend methods of improvement.
- Create a vibrant classroom culture where play and exploration is encouraged.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with families, staff, and the local community.
- Maintain classroom management and compliance with state and institutional standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to developing young minds.
- Experience in a preschool setting, with a preference for candidates with a year or more of experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 90-hour child care certification (or 24-hour)
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Degrees in Early Childhood Education or related fields are highly valued.
- First Aid/CPR
- Emergency and Disaster Planning
- Medication Administration
- Including all Children and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- Basic Health and Safety
- Supporting Breastfeeding Practices (if not taken with Basic Health and Safety)
