We are seeking a qualified inf/toddler teacher to work in the Canton neighborhood of Baltimore City. Our school focuses on joyful learning, with academic circle time, daily songs, games, art projects, story time, and lots of fun! We are looking for a full-time toddler teacher to join our team. We are only considering serious applicants with a desire to grow with us for an extended period of time.
Job Duties:
Planning and implementing academic lesson plans
Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children
Managing a classroom in a structured & disciplined manner
Daily Cleaning; including toys, floors, lunch tables & chairs, community areas, and more as needed
Maintaining open communications with parents & staff, including communication logs and monthly developmental logs.
Yearly continuing education
Academic reinforcement throughout the day
Requirements:
1 year of experience
Senior staff certified (90/99 Clock Hours certification or CDA) and 45 infant/toddler certification
