The City Neighbors Schools in Baltimore are seeking dynamic, child-centered Middle School Social Studies and/or Language Arts Teachers for the 2019-2020 school year and beyond.
Ideal candidates have middle-school teaching experience, possess a strong sense of adolescent development, are committed to progressive teaching and learning including project-based learning and arts integration, are able to build strong teacher/ student and teacher/parent relationships, and have a deep commitment to working in a diverse community of students, colleagues, and families. Ideal candidates will also have versatility to teach electives, intensive support courses, or cross-curricular studies. All candidates must be MSDE certified/eligible.
