A childcare facility is looking for reliable, loving, caring, and energetic individuals to work with 2 year olds through 6 year olds. We offer a competitive salary for qualified candidates with room to grow for hard-working and respectful persons.
Our requirements are:
-90 hour Childcare Certificate or currently enrolled in certification classes
-45 hour Infant/Toddler Certificate or a willingness to obtain such certification
-Must have a High School Diploma or GED
-Experience working with children in a child care setting
-Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
-Must be able to pass a criminal background check (both Federal and Maryland)
-Must be able to pass a physical
-Must have a willingness to maintain a professional appearance
-Team player
-A College Degree is an advantage, but not required
-Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Duties (may include but are not limited to):
-monitoring the children
-keeping the classrooms organized, neat, and clean
-creating arts and crafts projects
-diaper changing
-leading music by singing nursery rhymes
