Heath Design Group, Inc. is a small architecture and interior design firm located in the Mt. Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore, and is in search of a responsive Architect / Project Manager with 5-10 years' experience. Candidate should be licensed, or have the intention of becoming licensed. We are looking for someone with experience with commercial office, retail and healthcare projects. Knowledge of Revit is essential, along with a sense of humor.
This position will entail:
Collaborating with clients and senior staff to generate design solutions.
Collaborating with sub-consultants.
Responding to and solving client inquiries and/or design challenges.
Site visits (local or day trip).
Production of project documents using Revit and/or Autocad.
Responding to RFIs or permit comments.
Laughing at silly jokes by principals and staff.

Requirements are:
Degree in architecture
Practical knowledge and experience using Revit
Experience with commercial projects
Authorization to work in the United States
Sense of Humor
