Requirements: Education Level: High School Graduate; 3 year's construction inspection experience. Candidates with supervisory and/or journeymen experience in the construction trades will be considered.
Position Description: Full time and part time positions available for Construction Observation services for Northern Virginia projects. Responsibilities include but not limited to concrete and reinforcing steel placement, concrete and masonry cleaning and sealing, painting various elements, architectural, MEP, roadways, curbs, sidewalk, and other various aspects of renovation construction.
Key Responsibilities: Monitoring and documentation of daily construction activity, equipment and manpower; verification of conformance of materials; monitoring of work performance and documentation of variance from established schedule; and maintenance of changes to record documents.
