Part of the Global Partnerships capability, the Partner Account Management (PAM) teamis dedicated to onboarding and supporting Google Marketing Platform (GMP) clients.With a focus on technology licensing, platform implementation, and renewals, the PAMteam is the primary contact for GMP clients, providing the strategic and technicalsupport needed to ensure the platform drives performance against theirgoals. Reporting to our VP of Partnership Account Management, you will be responsible for onboarding and supporting Google Marketing Platform (GMP) clients. You will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring successful technology licensing, platform implementation, and renewals.You will collaborate with our teams and external partners to provide strategic guidance and technical support to accomplish goals.The salary range for this position is between $55,000 — 75,000 USD, annually.ResponsibilitiesBe the primary account lead for a portfolio of GMP clients, managingrelationships and ensuring platform adoption.Guide clients through onboarding, implementation, and best practices for maximizing GMP capabilities.Collaborate with teams, including Sales, Technical Support, andProduct, to deliver a seamless client experience.Educate clients on new features, tools, and strategies to enhance their digital marketing performance.Monitor account performance, troubleshoot issues, and address client needs.Support renewal and expansion efforts by identifying growth opportunities and ensure continued client engagement.Analyze data and provide actionable insights for optimization.
