DescriptionAccountemps is partnering with a company in the Mt. Washington area of Baltimore to identify an Accounts Payable Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with AP. This position is slated to last through February 2020.Responsibilities:

Processing 40-50 invoices per day

Managing several accounts for check runs

Assist with all posting and reconciliation of invoices to the general ledger

Assist with vendor contracts as needed

Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents

RequirementsRequirements:

2+ years of AP experience

2+ years of customer service

Great Plains experience preferred

Ability to work independently

Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
