The ideal candidate will have prior experience in document review and can be barred in any state in good standing. Collaborate with project managers, litigation teams, and external counsel to meet project deadlines. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Provide regular updates and reports on the status of the project. Identify and classify documents according to case-specific protocols or legal standards. Flag significant documents and provide summaries or memos to legal teams. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols. Utilize your skills in Document Review and Management softwares.Requirements Must possess bar license in good standing from any state. Experience with case management software to efficiently handle and track cases. Familiar with civil litigation processes and procedures. Proven ability in claim administration and complaint handling for effective dispute resolution. Strong skills in briefing, able to succinctly summarize and present complex legal information. Experience in document review, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Knowledge of compliance laws and regulations relevant to the industry. Exceptional prooing skills, ensuring all legal documents are free from errors.
