The Pega Business Architect will act as a liaison between the business users, stakeholders and technical leads.
This individual will be responsible to work with Lead System Architect and client team jointly charting business and technical strategies.
Working on-site at a customer location, this role will interact with and communicate product requirements to architects, engineers, development managers, product managers, testers, and other stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of work experience; Masters and 5 years of experience; or a minimum 11 years of work experience in lieu of a degree.
Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification
3+ years of experience in facilitating Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) sessions, eliciting requirements, facilitating playback sessions and obtaining business stakeholder alignment of the proposed workflow/screens within the application
2+ years of experience in Pega version 7.x or greater
2+ years of experience with Pega CRM and its foundational components and how to apply them to plan requirements and design business processes within the Pega application
1+ years of experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience designing and developing process-based solutions or BPM (business process management)
Knowledge of full PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) implementation cycle including Enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design
Experience with change control management and testing of Pega applications
Experience in large-scale enterprise Pega engagements end-to-end
