Clinical Applications Consultant, PACS (National) 521365As a PACS Application Consultant, you will serve in a consultative role with the customer throughout solution delivery & implementation of our PACS solutions to provide for a smooth, effective and successful implementation.Your role:

Conducts workflow analysis and consults on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions

Analyzes the customer’s existing workflow and facilitates proper change management in the clinical or operational environment, ensures proper testing of the system and establishes a comprehensive training plan to provide for a smooth transition of the solution to the customer

Delivers clinical consulting services which may or may not be in combination with the implementation of a Philips solution

Coaches and educates customers in the use of multiple solutions for complexsituations

Guides the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration and new functionality of Philips solutions

Configures or manages the configuration of Philips solutions to accommodate PACS application and/or operational workflow in the customer’s environment

Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence and/or licensure

Identify application issues, investigate and resolve issues or identify potential defects, document and submit those according to standard processes

Active member of the application, education & Application communities and proactively shares knowledge, experience and lessons learned

Files required reports and consistently complies with all required Philips processes

You're the right fit if:

5+ years of PACS implementation experience required

AART/ASRT certifications highly-desired

Strong knowledge of various hospital workflows

Strong consultative personality and training background

Excellent communication skills

Experience of working in a production environment against prescribed Standard operating procedures.

Capacity to travel extensively.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
