RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Device Readiness Technician in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Baltimore, MD.
Key Tasks:
Device Readiness Technician will work closely with the Client Manager to work through Customer refresh project
Process Device Returns and buyouts
Assist customer with understanding device functionality
Provide end-user training as defined in the Agreement
As a Device Readiness Technician, you will assist Client Manager in data gathering for weekly reporting to customer
Track usage/activities at the Customer Site(s)
Assist with Non reporting Devices
REQUIREMENTS:
Needs to have moderate level of Excel skills (VLOOKUP)
To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
