This team is responsible for effectively and consistently supporting complaints, investigations, and performance issues to promote positive employee relations. This position will focus their support on corporate teammates in the Americas region, as well as partner with other CTMX partners for retail teammates as needed.Your Impact

Directly leads investigations, teammate complaints, and organizational concerns with minimal oversight, except those involving executive leaders

Prepares investigative summaries and reports and makes recommendations on next steps to the business

Provides expert advice, counsel, and direction to leaders (Sr. Director and below), and HR Business Partners regarding best practices, policies, and employment laws (in partnership with the Company’s In-house Employment Counsel)

Identifies and supports in strategically managing systemic root cause issues through the alignment of the team and individual goals, leadership capabilities, change management efforts, and/or change in strategic direction objectives

Recommends internal and external services and resources that resolve gaps that prevent us from meeting our organizational objectives

Supports and coaches Managers in developing, delivering, and monitoring Performance Improvement Plans and reviews complaints or concerns from teammates regarding the process

Provides consultation to managers during mid and end-of-year performance review process

May serve as a mediator in managing conflict resolution and addressing challenging team dynamics; conducts conflict resolution sessions, and addresses challenged team dynamics

Creates and delivers team intervention work including New Leader Accellerations, Focus Groups, and Listening Sessions as needed

Conducts exit interviews, reviews exit survey data to identify trends, and offers recommendations for improvement to culture

Support and coach managers in delivering and executing the corrective action process

Drives consistency in policy and its application based on intelligence gathered from facts and trends

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of six (6) years of experience in a human resource function, preferably one (1) year in an HRBP or employee relations role

Experience with EEO, and ADA compliance

Experience with HRIS systems

Direct employee-facing experience

Workplace Location

Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore, MD

Return to Work Designation: Three (3) days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote

Licenses/Certifications: Certifications in Human Resources, such as SHRM-CP or PHR are preferred; mediation certification or mediation experience is preferred

Base Compensation

$93,251.00 - $128,220.40 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
