Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Baltimore, Maryland. This position plays a pivotal role in our team, providing comprehensive administrative support within our organization. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, handle administrative matters with discretion and confidentiality, and coordinate activities that originate from the executive office.Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the executive team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Handle administrative matters with discretion and confidentiality, ensuring sensitive information is handled appropriately Organize daily activities, including maintaining accurate records, coordinating calendars, and scheduling appointments and travel arrangements Coordinate activities originating from the executive office, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner Draft executive-level correspondence, utilizing strong word processing skills and attention to detail Attend meetings, serving as a notetaker and tracking division’s assignments Follow up with staff on the status of assignments, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule Demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal communication, editing, prooing, note-taking, and office organization Utilize various software and platforms including Concur, CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook for efficient task management and communication Prepare and compose correspondence and documentation, maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant Proficiency in using Concur, CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, About Time Experience in Calendar Management and Correspondence Familiarity with C-Suite level interaction and support Proven track record in Documentation and Composing Correspondence Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs of the role Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
