Assist the Senior Project Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes. Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date
Help coordinate project activities by tracking progress, updating schedules, and communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members
Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing action items
Enter and update project information in relevant databases and project management software
Act as a liaison between the Senior Project Manager and other departments or external partners, ensuring precise and timely communication
Handle office supplies, equipment, and other administrative needs as required
Requirements:
High School Diploma, required; Associates Degree, preferred
2+ years experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the construction industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Ebuilder) is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
