Description We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role will primarily involve high-level administrative duties, including the processing of HR files and ensuring their compliance. This position requires a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks including data entry, scheduling, and onboarding.Responsibilities: Handle confidential HR files meticulously, ensuring completion and compliance. Perform data entry tasks in HRIS, with a focus on maintaining accurate customer credit records. Assist in scheduling and setting up interviews for incoming staff. Participate in the onboarding process, creating and maintaining both electronic and paper new hire files. Support in the orientation of new staff members, providing them with necessary information and guidance. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of labor laws and apply this knowledge in daily tasks. Utilize MS Office proficiently to accomplish various administrative tasks. Engage in employee relations, ensuring excellent communication at all times. Assist in the cleanup project, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Perform other related duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and understanding that no job is too small. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role Proficiency in Auditing and Background Checks Familiarity with Benefit Functions and Compliance procedures Experience with Workday and Workday HRIS systems Strong Data Entry skills Experience in New Employee Orientation and Onboarding Proficiency in Scheduling management and Scheduling Appointment - Calendar Management Ability to handle Confidential Correspondence, Confidential Documents and Confidential Information with discretion and professionalism Commitment to maintaining Confidentiality in all aspects of the role Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
