Drive the overall implementation effort, working with various groups in client org and Deloitte
Build and maintain project plan, status reports, etc. Lead Deloitte and client status calls to ensure that the work is being delivered per plan
Review the presentation decks/deliverables produced by the team to make sure it meets the quality standards
Build and maintain relationships with the various stakeholders
Functional Lead
Work closely with the business to understand the current business processes and gain functional knowledge, and become the functional SME
Ensure that the solution design/architecture/implementation is in accordance with the functional requirements from the client
Drive implementation activities like SIT/UAT/Training/OCM (with support from the team)

Bachelor's degree required
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Travel up to 15%
Experience working with IAM (Sailpoint & ForgeRock)
Experience as a strong functional project manager - leading client discussions.
Experience working with identity governance
Experience working with HSPD-12
Experience utilizing advanced authentication
Preferred:
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Previous identity analytics experience
Experience in consumer identity and directory services
Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)
