Job Title: Mechanical EngineerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have an EIT certificate or be eligible to obtain one. The candidate should have knowledge of building systems and building codes and be capable of working independently as well as a member of a project team. Responsibilities include performing multiple aspects of mechanical engineering services on multi-discipline building design projects for commercial and government facilities, as well as single discipline mechanical engineering projects. Tasks include conceptual studies, programming, schematic documents, design development documents, and construction documents under the direct supervision of a Sr Mechanical Engineer or Principal. The candidate will also be involved in the bidding process, construction phase services, and preparing accurate, complete, and code-compliant drawings and specifications. Additionally, the candidate will review drawings produced by CADD technicians, coordinate with other disciplines, and perform QA/QC reviews on assigned projects.Hard Skills
