Job Title: OBGYN Registered NurseJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced RN to join our OB/GYN office. The ideal candidate will update patient records, oversee workflow, handle administrative duties including pre-approvals and care management, provide patient education and communication, and serve as a leader and mentor. Key responsibilities include:
Phone Triage
Responding to patient messages
Following up on staff messages
Handling prescription refill requests
Obtaining prior authorizations
Informing patients of lab results via telephone call and/or letter
Reviewing records of incoming OB transfers
Ordering medical equipment (BP cuffs, breast pumps, pregnancy belts)
Providing patient education
Conducting telemedicine intake and prenatal education for new patients (8-12 weeks)

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Baltimore, Maryland.Full time position Monday through Friday, from 8am until 4:30/5:00pmNO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYSWork EnvironmentThis is a busy OB/GYN office, the office is new and situated inside a professional building, hosting six providers who rotate between five offices on the 5th floor and one office on the 1st floor. The team comprises LPNs, MAs, and RNs, and the office sees around 1,000 patients each month. Individuals are responsible for paying for their own parking daily, so public transport is recommended if they are not comfortable with the parking costs.
