Duration : 12+ Months Job description:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.
  • Industry: Life Sciences/Health Care Insurance
  • Primary Skill: Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits
  • Analyzes user needs and develops user requirements.
  • Creates a detailed Functional Requirements Document (user stories).
  • Work with client Product owner to configure, test Benefits module (including Health/Welfare and Retirement plans),
  • Provides guidance on benefits integration rationalization/design
  • Configured Oracle Cloud Benefits, set up document, requirement documents (user stories), demos, configuration, testing,
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Benefits (base benefits/benefits administration), integration with other HCM modules
