The PMO oversees the technical refresh of the LogiCole application and ensures the sustainment of legacy applications. This position requires a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in management analysis, system integration, and operational readiness.Key Responsibilities:

Provide configuration management support to ensure the integrity and consistency of system configurations throughout the lifecycle of LogiCole and legacy applications. This includes maintaining configuration baselines, managing change control processes, and ensuring compliance with configuration management policies and procedures.

Provide release management support to plan, schedule, and control the movement of releases to test and production environments. This includes coordinating with stakeholders, managing release schedules, and ensuring that releases are deployed in a controlled and efficient manner.

Provide program management support to ensure the successful execution of the technical refresh of LogiCole and the sustainment of legacy applications. This includes developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets, as well as coordinating with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met.

Provide risk management support to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the technical refresh of LogiCole and the sustainment of legacy applications. This includes developing risk management plans, conducting risk assessments, and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

Provide change management support to ensure that changes to LogiCole and legacy applications are managed in a controlled and efficient manner. This includes developing and implementing change management processes, conducting impact assessments, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure that changes are properly communicated and implemented.

Provide metrics and reporting support to track the performance and progress of the technical refresh of LogiCole and the sustainment of legacy applications. This includes developing and maintaining performance metrics, preparing status reports, and providing updates to stakeholders.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all system integration and operational readiness activities. This includes preparing and submitting regular reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and maintaining records in accordance with organizational policies and standards.

Implement quality assurance practices to ensure the successful integration and operational readiness of systems and processes. This includes conducting regular quality assessments and audits, identifying and addressing quality issues, and ensuring that all project activities meet established quality standards.

QualificationsRequired:

At least 7 years of experience in Project Management or related

Bachelor's degree required

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Must be eligible to obtain a US Security Clearance

Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree required

This compensation range is specific to Maryland, and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
