Job Summary

4S-Silversword is recruiting a Project Coordinator to support a Department of Defense (DoD) Department of Labor (DoL) Program Management Office (PMO). The position will support program management activities across multiple software, research, and analytical projects. We seek an entry level management professional with some experience in DoD Acquisition (DoD 5000), Project Management, and Information Technology policy.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager in PMO activities to include:



  • Compiling information into reports to support regular weekly meetings as well as ongoing updates to an Integrated Master Schedule, Incident Reports, Monthly Progress Reports, Monthly Schedule of Planned Outages, Quarterly Program Reviews.

  • Coordinating with multiple project teams and stakeholders to gather project status, performance and communicate policy.

  • Facilitating meetings with project stakeholders by coordinating meeting schedule, read-aheadsand presentations, and video/web/teleconferencing.

  • Knowledge management of documents and artifacts

  • Quality control of project management documents and artifacts




Qualifications

Must have minimum of 1 year of Program Management Experience.



  • Ability to manage workload and schedule across multiple projects

  • Exceptional attention to detail for quality control of documents and artifacts

  • The candidate should have experience working with project management artifacts such as Project Plans, Project Schedules, Project Budgets, Executive Briefs, Requirements Traceability Matrices, and other documentation in support of PMO activities.

  • Team management experience; Coordinate Data analytics teams; client interface experience; strong experience in Microsoft products and TEAMS

  • Good communication skills and strong teamwork

  • Self-motivated


Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
