Job Title: RF Test Engineer (Active Secret Clearance)Job DescriptionRoles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Troubleshoot RF issues during test of advanced RF modules Support technicians with troubleshooting and training Analyze test data and identify early trends Support program meetings in developing root cause and corrective actions Collaborate with design/manufacturing engineering for hardware and test improvements Sensitivity to cost, schedule, and quality as well as company policies and procedures is imperativeHard Skills
Experience with RF Test equipment (o-scope, power meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, network analyzer)
Familiarity with basic concepts of RF circuit design and troubleshooting
Current, active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level security clearance
Experience with automation hardware testing
Basic software skills: C-Family Languages, Python, or Matlab
Ni/Teststand software Experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Soft Skills
Sensitivity to cost, schedule, and quality
Strong analytical skills for data analysis and identifying trends
Effective communication skills for supporting technicians and collaborating with engineering teams

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Baltimore, Maryland.Work Environment90% of this job will take place inside their RF Testing Lab doing hands-on Hardware Testing.
