Sales & Operations Excellence Manager will lead the improvement and execution of the S&OE process for a dedicated business unit in North America, covering the order management process from Z0 to ASR (Actual Sales Revenue).This leader will collaborate and guide stakeholders and leaders spanning Commercial Operations, Distribution, Manufacturing, Order Management, Customer Project Management and Sales.In this role, you are responsible for:

Assuring clear and quantitative capacity figure are shared via S&OP and implemented across the order management chain, including IWD storage and transportation, order management, and CPM/installation resources, within the planning horizon

Preparing for and executing the weekly S&OE process for your designated business unit

Communicating with all key stakeholders who are required to participate in and need to be informed or consulted about decisions or actions

Capturing improvement opportunities into a backlog, and managing the refinement, prioritization and ultimate delivery of those improvements through the appropriate support teams, most notably including the BU GBS leader of your assigned business unit

Tightly coordinating with the accountable leaders from Tier 1 and 2 for input and escalation, and Tier 4 (Global BU) for guidance, direction and support

Collaborating with Revenue Operations to ensure that the output of S&OE is appropriately considered in the weekly and monthly revenue latest view submissions

KPIs include:Perfect Order Index (PEPF SLA Adherence)Actual Inventory Euro and DFS vs. PlanUnhealthy Inventory as % of TotalOTIFOTTPRevenue Forecast AccuracyYou're the right fit if you have a customer-first attitude and the following:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Management)

10 + years of experience in Order Management / Supply Chain Management.

Ability to deliver accurate, analytical, and process driven way of working; comfortable analyzing and interpreting large data sets, and shaping analytical toolsets;

Self-directive problem solving capabilities

In-depth experience in the Health Systems industry, Make-to-Order fulfillment and/or downstream supply chain operations (e.g., distribution, fulfillment, demand planning, inventory management.
