About Tribute Tribute Home Care is a growing private home care company that offers people who need assistance in the home what they want above all else: consistently great caregivers and great service. We do this by hiring only those caregivers who can build real connections with their clients and by offering them the community of support and recognition they deserve. A day in the life of a Scheduling Partner Scheduling Partners play a critical role in matching our remarkable Caregiver Associates with clients in need of care. They will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with caregivers and witness the impact a great caregiver - client match can have on clients, their families, and our caregivers. This will be done by:

Collaborating with Client Solutions Managers to understand clients care needs and scheduling requirements

Building relationships with caregivers to best understand their availability, skills, and personality

Helping match caregivers with clients in a thoughtful, meaningful way that pair skill sets and personality

Building schedules and orienting caregivers to new schedules

Seeking creative solutions to scheduling problems, both independently and collaboratively

Assisting in the continuous improvement of scheduling efficiency

This role will be primarily remote, but require a candidate that is able to travel to Tribute's Baltimore office every Wednesday to meet new Caregivers for their in-person orientation. It will also require visiting Caregivers in the community once every other month. When this person is not meeting with Caregivers at orientation or in the community, they will have the flexibility to work from home.

What you need to be qualified for this position

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college

A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience

The ability to travel to the Tribute Baltimore, MD office every Wednesday

Vaccination against COVID-19. We comply with the EEOC by providing the ability to request an exemption based on medical or religious reasons

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (experience filtering information to provide quality data)

Prior experience in a remote working environment

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail

Strong organization skills
