RPI Consultants seeks a Sr. Infor HR/Talent Consultant with extensive experience in Infor HR/Talent.  This role is responsible for leading and supporting full cycle implementations of HR/Talent including business needs analysis, requirements gathering, system design and configuration, conversions, end-user training and post live support.  Consultant will work with the RPI HCM, PMO and Technical teams to continuously improve project delivery and value add services.ResponsibilitiesAct as lead consultant in design, configuration and deployment of Infor HCM Suite including Global HR, Talent Acquisition, Performance & Goal, Compensation and Succession ManagementProvide end user training, testing support, client guidance and post live supportEnsure quality of deliverablesDeliver on time and on project budget
