Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Software Architect in the Financial Services industry, based in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Software Architect, you will be expected to maintain a high level of technical expertise, focusing on delivering outstanding results and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Develop and optimize data structures for high performance, utilizing your in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS, GraphQL, Redis, and Camunda. Utilize your proficiency in Typescript and your strong understanding of JavaScript frameworks to handle software development tasks. Maintain and improve our in-memory database technologies, with a particular focus on Redis. Use your expertise in BPMN and experience with workflow automation tools such as Camunda to streamline and enhance our business processes. Leverage your comprehensive knowledge of AWS components and services (including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS) to manage and optimize our cloud technologies. Use your exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex technical issues, always paying keen attention to detail. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, using your excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective and efficient workflow, using your strong collaboration skills to foster a team-oriented environment. Requirements Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, with the ability to effectively manage tasks and issues. Strong experience in Backend Development, demonstrating the ability to create and optimize systems for best performance. Excellent understanding of Business Logic, with the ability to translate business requirements into system designs. Expertise in Client Side Scripting, with the ability to create interactive web interfaces. Familiarity with Cloud Technologies, demonstrating the ability to design, deploy and maintain cloud-based solutions. Experience in AB Testing, with the ability to analyze results and implement improvements. Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies, with the ability to work in fast-paced, iterative development environments. Solid understanding of Ajax, with the ability to create dynamic web pages and applications. Strong experience in API Development, with the ability to design and implement robust, scalable APIs. Proficiency in ASP.NET, with the ability to develop enterprise-level web applications.
