The Johns Hopkins University, one of the world's premier teaching, research and patient care institutions, is seeking candidates for the position of Senior Administrative Coordinator within its Investment Office, reporting to the Executive Specialist. The Investment Office has responsibility for investing the endowments for the university, Johns Hopkins Hospital, and related endowed entities totaling more than $7 billion, among other assets.Specific Duties & ResponsibilitiesThis Sr. Administrative Coordinator position will provide expert administrative support to the JHU Investment Office, supporting various team members in an engaging, fast-paced environment. The person must be extremely proactive, energetic, adaptable and reliable. The ability to remain agile to changes real-time is a must. In addition, the candidate must be an effective communicator and be able to anticipate the needs of the team members they support.The candidate must enjoy interacting with a variety of different types of people and helping address a wide range of needs. This person will be a liaison interacting with senior leadership and staff members of numerous external investment organizations and service providers, as well as the senior leadership and staff members of the university.Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Manage conflict-free calendars for various team members
Coordinate travel and logistics to support scheduling for various team members
Collect, track, and process expenses for various team members
Serve as primary host for meetings, including room/call set up and attendee support, and collection and dissemination of meeting materials
Serve as back-up for other Sr. Administrative Coordinators including providing administrative support for Senior Leadership and other team members
Perform typical office administrative task, processing of invoices and payments, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or graduation equivalent
Five years progressively responsible administrative experience
Additional education may substitute for required experience, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum five years' work experience required in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
