This role involves managing US multinational or multi-state corporate tax, intercompany transactions, and corporate valuations related to the tax function. Responsibilities: Oversee multi-state corporate tax processes to ensure compliance and accuracy. Manage intercompany transactions and ensure they align with applicable tax laws. Conduct benchmarking analysis to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. Handle corporate valuations related to the tax function, including depreciation and M& A. Ensure international tax compliance across all business operations. Utilize your experience from Big 4 or large regional tax firms to implement best practices. Use your understanding of tax structures to make strategic decisions about entity movements. Leverage your multi-state pricing expertise to drive business profitability. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the tax team.Requirements Must possess knowledge in Multi-state Tax Must be proficient in handling Intercompany Transactions Experience in Benchmarking is required Should have expertise in International Tax Compliance Must have excellent communication and leadership skills Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must be capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite is required A minimum of five years' experience in a similar role is necessary Must have a strong understanding of tax code, compliance and procedures for corporations Should have a good understanding of business and income tax worksheets and computations Must be comfortable with handling confidential information.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
