This Director will be an integral part of the Goods Movement Market Sector’s leadership team, supporting and helping to lead the Market Sector and AECOM’s Transportation’s strategy. This individual should possess an intimate and thorough understanding of the international marine terminal development business and the global players. The Director shall have proven experience in working within an international, highly matrixed environment and be comfortable in a diverse, multi-cultural environment with an appreciation for diversity, equity, and inclusion.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManaging AECOM’s relationships with global port terminal operators and regional port authorities, supervising the interaction between AECOM’s various business lines and these critical clients Engaging with clients, both at the executive and project management level in order to represent AECOM’s strengths while building long-term partnershipsFocusing on upcoming program / project pursuits with this client base and leading the capture planning of various pursuitsProactively interacting with AECOM’s critical client base to introduce new services and innovations, creating strategic partnerships, and unlocking valuable projects Ability to describe the whole of AECOM’s services from ports & marine design to environment, facilities, etc., collaborating with AECOM subject matter experts to highlight the full suite of AECOM’s capabilities to these important clients Accountable for significant growth with a small subset of goods movement clients, addressing individual and team KPIsCollaborate globally with AECOM’s ports & marine project teams to understand the Company’s capabilities and innovations and sell those to AECOM’s critical ports & marine clientsLeading client programs, depending on expertise and background
