Job description - Baristas in Bikinis (that simple!)
Job Summary :
We are seeking outgoing, fun, energetic Baristas to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer experience focus. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing exceptional service to our customers, and maintaining a clean and inviting café environment.
We are Bikini Grindz - baristas will be wearing company approved bikinis or "like" clothing or company provided clothing. We are an energetic fun and HOT experience coffee drive through.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. You must be ENERGETIC, OUTGOING, UPBEAT, POSITIVE and FRIENDLY.
This is a great opportunity also for social and content creators.
Duties:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks according to established recipes and standards.
Operate the POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the café area.
Engage with customers to provide excellent service, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on their preferences.
Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to proper cashiering procedures.
Assist in food preparation and serving as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
Maintain inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies; communicate needs to management.
Uphold the café's ambiance by keeping the space tidy and organized at all times.
Skills:
Prior barista experience or coffee experience is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
Familiarity with food safety practices and food handling procedures is essential.
Experience in the food industry or food service is advantageous.
