About Us:
Tous Les Jours is a French-Asian bakery known for fresh, high-quality bread, pastries, and beverages. We are looking for friendly and energetic Front of House Team Members to join our team at our Catonsville location!
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude
Take customer orders and process payments using POS system
Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages
Restock bakery displays and ensure products are presented neatly
Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, dining area, and beverage station
Assist with packaging bakery items and handling special orders
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
No prior experience required training provided!
Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting (up to 25 lbs)
Availability to work weekends and holidays preferred
