Come join our team at Baltimore’s favorite smokehouse and bar. We specialize in smoking meats in our log fed offset smokers, butchery, curing, aging, sausage making, and much more. We are currently hiring line cooks to work Tuesday-Saturday. Experience is required but a positive attitude, good work ethic, willingness to learn and dedication are equally important.
