Restaurant dishwashers are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment so that cooks and servers can prepare and serve food. They may also perform other kitchen tasks, such as emptying trash, returning dishes to proper place, scrubbing floors, cleaning hoods, mopping FOH/ BOH and various cleaning task assigned by manager.
