Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. Responsibilities
-Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
-Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and food preparation areas.
-Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
-Support banquet operations by efficiently cleaning and organizing dishware before and after events.
-Perform bussing duties by clearing tables and transporting used dishes to the dishwashing area.
-Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety standards.
-Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
-Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
Qualifications
-Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
-Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and equipment usage.
-Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus.
