We are in search of individuals who demonstrate knowledge and skill of effectively and single handedly operating a bar. A well rounded person who is able to incorporate a professional demeanor (and attire) while showing off their skills and demonstrating love for their craft. (Tattoos and piercings welcome). Decision making, multi-tasking, punctuality, high energy level, communication, drama free lifestyle and problem solving are also a must. Someone who treats the bar as their own.
